Can I use the product with just dust on my car/vehicle?

Absolutely, the formulation of this product has a lubricating function that provides a shiny finish while at the same time removing the dust? It is very possible to do the whole vehicle with this product without the need for any water. If you do decide to wash & dry your car first, and then apply Ultra Shine. It will give your vehicle that new car ULTRA SHINE showroom look.

Is this product safe on my skin?
